Harry Seeders, a former Louisville police officer plead recently plead guilty to to distribution of sexually explicit images without consent (Kentucky’s reference porn law).  Seeders was arrested on October 10 for an incident that occurred in March where he sent  intimate images of a woman to acquaintances and friends of the woman through a group text.  The victim reported the incident to law enforcement.   If you are the victim of revenge porn you should always report it to law enforcement.  Additionally, you should explore your rights to bring a civil suit for money damages under Federal and/or state law.
